Current Services
The Department of Physical Medicine provides conservative management for spinal disorders and most musculoskeletal disorders.

These services include:

Cost-effective care for injured workers, with integrated services for most needs of the worker within our campus at Greenridge Pointe.

Our staff includes two physiatrists, a chiropractor, a pain nurse and an exercise physiologist. We are committed to evidence-based care, and welcome case-managed patients.

We welcome referrals from other licensed professionals- DCs, MDs and DOs.

We can perform diagnostic testing for initial injury quickly. TEXAS DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING CENTER, adjacent to our clinic at Greenridge Pointe, is committed to rapid services, and readings. Usually, we are able to get most testing done on the same day, or the next.

We are able to perform electrodiagnostic services in our department.

We also provide spinal injections in the Center's Pain Clinic, which is managed by Mr. David Davis RN, a critical care nurse with ten years of experience in procedures. We utilize fluoroscopy for all spinal procedures, and most other orthopedic injections.

For regional referral sources, we also publish a monthly facsimile newsletter, THE SPINAL FAX.
